Just like an in-office appointment, we kindly ask you to schedule in advance so that we can be prepared for you. At the agreed time, you drive to the designated area in our parking lot and give us a call or beep your horn. We’ll be right out to take care of your needs while you remain comfortable in your vehicle. We will then be able to either collect your hearing devices for cleanings or repairs, or help you with any challenges that you may be facing.
